摘要

目的：

建立羊红膻没食子酸，原儿茶酸，新绿原酸，绿原酸，隐绿原酸，木犀草素-7-

-葡萄糖醛酸苷，异绿原酸A，芹菜素-7-

-葡糖糖酸苷和异绿原酸C 9种成分的含量测定方法，并研究羊红膻不同药用部位9种成分的含量差异。

方法：

采用Agilent TC-C

色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)，流动相乙腈-混合酸(0.1%磷酸-0.1%冰乙酸)进行梯度洗脱，切换检测波长分别为265 nm和325 nm，柱温20 ℃，流速1.0 mL·min

－1

。采用Markerlynx XS软件对不同部位含量数据进行分析。

结果：

定量测定的9种成分没食子酸，原儿茶酸，新绿原酸，绿原酸，隐绿原酸，木犀草素-7-

-葡萄糖醛酸苷，异绿原酸A，芹菜素-7-

-葡糖糖酸苷和异绿原酸C分离度良好，在各自线性范围内线性关系良好(

﹥0.999 8)，精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均

2.0%，平均回收率99.11%～100.76%，RSD 0.9%～2.0%。结果表明羊红膻不同药用部位化学成分含量差异显著，9种成分的平均含量均表现为在叶部最大，茎部次之，根部相对最小。

结论：

该研究结果可为羊红膻质量控制、临床应用和资源的合理开发利用提供依据。

Abstract

Objective:

To develop a method to quantify nine constituents in different medicinal parts of

Pimpinella thellungiana

in order to compare the content difference of the nine constituents

namely protocatechuic acid

gallic acid

neochlorogenic acid

chlorogenic acid

cryptochlorogenic acid

luteolin-7-

-glucuronide

isochlorogenic acid A

apigenin-7-

-glucuronide and isochlorogenic acid C.

Method:

The analysis was performed on an Agilent TC-C

column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with acetonitrile and mixed acid solution (0.1%phosphoric acid-0.1%glacial acetic acid) as mobile phase for gradient elution. The handover detection wavelengths were at 265 and 325 nm. The column temperature was 20 ℃

and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min

-1

. The experiment data was analyzed using the software of Markerlynx XS.

Result:

The nine constituents of protocatechuic acid

gallic acid

neochlorogenic acid

chlorogenic acid

cryptochlorogenic acid

luteolin-7-

-glucuronide

isochlorogenic acid A

apigenin-7-

-glucuronide and isochlorogenic acid C had a good degree of separation and a good linearity in their respective linear ranges(

0.999 8). The average recoveries ranged from 99.11%to 100.76%

and the RSD ranged from 0.9%to 2.0%. The results showed that the contents of the nine constituents had significant differences in different medicinal parts of

thellungiana

. The average contents of the nine constituents were the highest in leaves

which was followed by stem

and the lowest was in root.

Conclusion:

The study could provide evidence for the quality control

clinical application

and scientific resources utilization of

thellungiana
