A total of 96 components were identified from Daishenning, including 32 flavonoids, 19 organic acids, 6 glycosides, 6 terpenoids, 5 phenylpropanoids, 8 phenols, 14 other components and 6 unknown components.
Conclusion
2
The established method can simultaneously analyze different types of compounds in Daishenning, it is helpful for further research on the extraction and separation of main chemical components and quality control of this preparation. In addition, through the rapid identification of the chemical constituents in Daishenning, it is speculated that the main effective substances of Daishenning may be flavonoids and organic acids.
