滤泡辅助性T细胞(Tfh)是新发现的一种CD4
+
T细胞亚群,现已发现其发育分化和功能方面的异常与自身免疫性疾病的发生关系密切。银屑病是一种病程反复,缠绵难遇的自身免疫性皮肤病,目前普遍认为T淋巴细胞介导的免疫失衡是本病发病的核心机制。在此机制的背景下,Tfh被同银屑病联系到一起,其细胞水平和相关分子的异常表达均能够促进银屑病的发生。在治疗方面,中药具有效用广而价低廉的特点,是银屑病良好的补充和替代治疗的选择。研究发现,部分用于银屑病治疗的中药活性成分或复方制剂亦能够对Tfh和其相关分子介导的免疫应答过程进行干预调节。该文结合国内外文献报道和实验数据结果,梳理研究进展,从Tfh细胞的分化、Tfh同银屑病的联系及中药对Tfh与相关分子的干预调节3方面作一综述,旨在为银屑病治疗新策略的建设和相关领域的研究提供一定理论支持和参考选择。
Follicular helper T (Tfh) cells are a newly discovered subset of CD4
+
T cells. As reported, abnormalities in their development, differentiation, and function are closely related to the occurrence of autoimmune diseases. Psoriasis is an autoimmune skin disease and it is intractable with a prolonged course. At present, it is generally believed that immune imbalance mediated by T cells is the core mechanism of the pathogenesis of psoriasis. In the context of this mechanism, Tfh cells are associated with psoriasis, and their cellular level and abnormal expression of related candidates can promote the occurrence of psoriasis. In terms of treatment, Chinese medicine, by virtue of the characteristics of wide application and low price, serves as a good complementary and alternative treatment option for psoriasis. As confirmed by previous findings, some active ingredients or preparations of Chinese medicine used in the treatment of psoriasis can also intervene in and regulate the immune response mediated by Tfh cells and the related candidates. Based on the research reports and experimental data, the present study reviewed the research progress from the differentiation of Tfh cells, the relationship between Tfh cells and psoriasis, and the intervention and regulation of Tfh cells and related molecules by Chinese medicine, which is expected to provide certain theoretical support and references for the determination of new strategies for psoriasis treatment and research in related fields.
