Remyelination Regulated by microRNAs in Neurodegenerative Diseases: A Review
“According to the latest research report, demyelination of the central nervous system is more common in neurodegenerative diseases such as multiple sclerosis. This article summarizes the main molecular pathways of myelin regeneration and the microRNAs involved in this process, and summarizes and classifies their mechanisms of action and targets, providing theoretical reference and research guidance for solving demyelinating diseases.”
