    • Effect of Sargassum and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Incompatible Pair with Haizao Yuhutang on Oxidative Stress in Liver of Goiter Rats

    • The latest research has found that the combination of seaweed licorice and anti drug has a protective effect on liver oxidative stress in thyroid enlargement model rats at twice the high limit dose of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. The research results indicate that the combination of seaweed and licorice can alleviate oxidative stress by activating the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway, inhibit the p53/Caspase-3 signaling pathway, and reduce liver cell apoptosis, providing a new approach for the treatment of thyroid diseases.
