Effect of Sargassum and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Incompatible Pair with Haizao Yuhutang on Oxidative Stress in Liver of Goiter Rats
“According to the latest research, the combination of seaweed and licorice in seaweed Yuhu decoction has a protective effect on oxidative stress in the liver of rats with thyroid enlargement, and the effect is better than that of the Youjiale group and various formula groups. It may alleviate oxidative stress by activating the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway and inhibiting the p53/Caspase-3 signaling pathway to reduce liver cell apoptosis.”
