    • Mechanism of Total Saponin of Astragali Radix and Total Alkaloids of Nelumbinis Folium Against Hyperlipidemia Based on PPARγ/LXRα/ABCG1 Signaling Pathway

    • The latest research shows that the combination of total saponins from Astragalus membranaceus and total alkaloids from lotus leaves can effectively reduce cholesterol levels and improve liver function in hyperlipidemic rats. The mechanism may involve activating the PPAR γ/LXR α/ABCG1 signaling pathway to promote cholesterol efflux.
