Huaiqihuang Granules Affect Differentiation of Th17 Cells in IgA Vasculitis Nephritis Mice by Regulating AMPK/ACC Pathway
“A study on the intervention effect of Huaiqihuang granules on immunoglobulin A vasculitis nephritis mice has made significant progress. The research team established a mouse model to observe the therapeutic effect of Huaiqihuang granules on IgAVN mice and explored its therapeutic mechanism in depth. The research results showed that Huaiqihuang granules significantly reduced urinary protein quantification, urinary β 2-microglobulin, and serum interleukin-17 in mice, while also improving renal IgA deposition and the proportion of Th17 cells in spleen tissue. These results indicate that Huaiqihuang granules have significant therapeutic effects on IgAVN mice. Further research has found that Huaiqihuang granules can regulate the AMPK/ACC pathway, affect the differentiation of Th17 cells, and correct immune inflammatory disorders. This discovery provides important theoretical basis for the mechanism of Huaiqihuang granules in treating IgAVN. In summary, this study not only provides new candidate drugs for the treatment of IgAVN, but also lays the foundation for further exploration of the pharmacological effects of Huaiqihuang granules. In the future, it is expected to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of more immune related diseases.”
