    • The latest global cancer statistics show that lung cancer has the highest incidence rate and mortality in China. Classic therapies such as surgical resection, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy are not effective for all patients, prompting researchers to explore new treatment strategies. Cancer immunotherapy provides new possibilities for cancer treatment. Research has found that the cGAS/STING signaling pathway plays an important role in the development of lung cancer, and traditional Chinese medicine can intervene in lung cancer cells and inhibit the occurrence and development of lung cancer by regulating this signaling pathway. This article summarizes the mechanism of cGAS/STING signaling pathway intervention in lung cancer and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine intervention, providing new ideas for lung cancer treatment research.
