    • The incidence rate and mortality rate of lung cancer continue to be the highest in China, and its complex and changeable condition and poor prognosis bring heavy burden to patients. Although classic therapies such as surgical resection, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy are commonly used, adverse reactions also affect the quality of life and treatment effectiveness of patients. Research has shown that oxidative stress is an important pathogenic factor in lung cancer, closely related to multiple signaling pathways. Chinese herbal monomers and formulas have shown potential in regulating oxidative stress levels and intervening in related signaling pathways, providing new ideas for the treatment of lung cancer. This article reviews the recent research on the signaling pathways involved in regulating oxidative stress and intervening in lung cancer, and summarizes the latest progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer, providing important references for the research and development of lung cancer drugs and new drugs.
