    • Qiling Formula intervenes in chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia by inhibiting the PI3K/Akt pathway, suppressing the release of pro-inflammatory factors, inhibiting apoptosis of gastric mucosal epithelial cells, and reversing intestinal metaplasia to a certain extent through multiple components, targets, and pathways, delaying the transformation from inflammation to cancer.
