    • The latest research has found that chronic psychological stress exacerbates idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, and the combination of Xiaoyao San and pirfenidone is effective in treating it. It may inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors by regulating the p38 MAPK/NF - κ B signaling pathway.
