Influencing Factors on Degree of Inflammation in Experimental Autoimmune Uveitis Rat Model and Characteristics of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Symptoms
“In the field of ophthalmic research, scientists have explored the effects of different emulsion mixtures and methods on experimental autoimmune uveitis rat models, and found that increasing the dose of inactivated Mycobacterium tuberculosis and antigen peptides can exacerbate inflammation, while ultrasound cell disruptors and T10 disperser emulsification methods have significant effects. The study also pointed out that the existing models have a high degree of consistency with Western medicine diagnosis, but lack the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine etiology, pathogenesis, and syndrome, and require the construction of a disease syndrome combination model.”
