    • Clinical Efficacy of Modified Yigongsan Combined with Multi-enzyme Tablets and Bifidobacterium Triple Live Powder in Treatment of Infantile Anorexia with Spleen-Stomach Qi Deficiency Syndrome

    • The research team of Hebei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital has conducted in-depth exploration on the treatment methods of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome in children with anorexia. They adopted a combination therapy strategy, which is a combination of modified Yigong powder, multi enzyme tablets, and Bifidobacterium triple active powder. Through comparative observation, it was found that this combination therapy method has significant advantages in improving clinical symptoms, restoring food intake, increasing body mass, and regulating gastrointestinal hormone levels in children. The research team included a total of 112 pediatric patients and randomly divided them into a control group and an observation group. After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was as high as 98.15%, significantly higher than the control group's 85.19%. In addition, the observation group had a shorter time for food intake to return to normal and a greater increase in body weight. In terms of TCM syndrome score, trace element content, gastrointestinal hormone levels, and serum appetite regulating factor levels, the observation group also showed more significant improvements. It is worth mentioning that the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was comparable between the two groups of patients, indicating that this combination therapy method is also safe. This research achievement provides a new effective means for the treatment of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome in children with anorexia, and is expected to bring better rehabilitation effects to the children.
