“In the field of rheumatoid arthritis treatment, researchers have found that the combination of Tripterygium wilfordii and Ligusticum chuanxiong can effectively inhibit the proliferation and invasion of fibroblast like synovial cells, promote apoptosis, alleviate oxidative stress and inflammation. Its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of NF - κ B signaling, activation of Nrf2/HO-1 pathway, and regulation of Bcl-2/Caspase-3 apoptosis protein expression.”
