“The latest research has found that Caspase-1, CCL2, CTSB, and CXCR4 are autophagic genes closely related to the onset of ulcerative colitis. Clearing turbidity and detoxifying can downregulate these core genes and alleviate colonic mucosal inflammation in mice.”
