    • This study focuses on diaphragmatic dysfunction in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), systematically reviews its molecular mechanisms, combines traditional Chinese medicine's theory of Qi, summarizes the intervention effects of traditional Chinese medicine, analyzes existing problems, and provides theoretical and practical guidance for the prevention and treatment of COPD diaphragmatic dysfunction with traditional Chinese medicine.
