The journal implements the system of editorial review andpeer expert review for all manuscripts. The peer review experts are scholars with strong influence in related disciplines. Each manuscript will be reviewed by 1–3 peer experts as needed, and a single- or double-blind method will be selected depending on the content of the article. The editorial department and reviewers shall ensure the confidentiality of the manuscript under review. For different opinions about manuscript handling, the author has the right to apply for reconsideration and submit a written statement of the complaint.
