ملخص

إصابة إعادة تروية القلب (MIRI) هي واحدة من أهم المضاعفات في الأمراض القلبية والوعائية في السنوات الأخيرة، وتهدد بشكل خطير حياة المرضى وصحتهم. في السنوات الأخيرة، تم تحقيق تقدم كبير في البحوث الطبية الحديثة حول MIRI، ولكن نظرًا لتعقيد آلية الإصابة والآثار الجانبية للأدوية ومخاطر جراحة بعد العلاج، يُعتبر MIRI بحاجة ماسة إلى عقاقير علاجية أكثر أمانًا وفعالية. الدور المرضي لـ MIRI يشمل ردود الالتهاب، والتوتر التأكسدي، وتحفيز الموت الخلوي، وتظهر المركبات السكرية الصينية العديدة فعالية مهمة في تحسين MIRI، حيث تشمل مجموعة كبيرة من الأبحاث على أن المركبات السكرية الصينية تحسن MIRI عبر مسارات إشارية متعددة مثل NRG-1/ErbB، PI3K/Akt، Nrf2/HO-1، AMPK/SIRT1/PGC1، Rho/ROCK، GSK-3، p38 MAPK، وتنوي مقالتنا في هذا السياق الاجتماع وبُنيت لتحليل الأثر الجديد لتحسين MIRI من خلال دمج المسارات الإشارية مع علم الأيض، مع التأكيد على الأهمية الحيوية للتعاون متعدد التخصصات في تعزيز تطوير الأدوية الجديدة، بغية تقديم إسهام قيم في البحث الأساسي والتطبيق السريري للمركبات السكرية الصينية، بهدف تحقيق الرفاهية لمرضى الأمراض القلبية والوعائية الكبيرة.
