Resümee

Kolorektales Karzinom (CRC) ist eine der häufigsten Krebsarten mit einer hohen Inzidenz unter verschiedenen Krebsarten und die zweithäufigste Todesursache bei Krebspatienten weltweit. CRC zeigt in frühen Stadien keine spezifischen Symptome, die meisten Patienten werden erst im mittleren oder späten Stadium diagnostiziert, was CRC zu einem aktuellen Forschungsschwerpunkt im Bereich der Tumoren des Verdauungssystems macht. Derzeit ist die chirurgische Behandlung von CRC mit hohen Risiken verbunden, häufig treten Metastasen, Rezidive, Medikamentenresistenzen sowie erhebliche Nebenwirkungen von Chemo- und Strahlentherapie auf. Mit der Entwicklung und Anwendung der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin wurde entdeckt, dass chinesische Arzneimittel und deren aktive Bestandteile die Proliferation, Invasion, Migration und Angiogenese von CRC-Zellen effektiv durch multipolare, mehrstufige und multifunktionale Mechanismen hemmen, außerdem Apoptose und Autophagie der CRC-Zellen fördern und somit das Fortschreiten von CRC verlangsamen, was ein aktueller Forschungsschwerpunkt in der CRC-Behandlung ist. Salvia miltiorrhiza (Danshen) besitzt Wirkungen wie die Aktivierung der Blutzirkulation, Beseitigung von Stasen, Freimachung der Meridiane und Schmerzlinderung, Kühlung des Blutes und Abbau von Abszessen, sie enthält viele chemische Bestandteile einschließlich Diterpenoide, Phenolsäuren, Flavonoide, Polysaccharide sowie stickstoffhaltige Verbindungen, Steroide und Laktone. Dieser Artikel gibt einen Überblick über die molekularen Mechanismen der aktiven Bestandteile von Danshen gegen CRC, die ihre anti-CRC-Wirkung durch verschiedene molekulare Mechanismen ausüben, einschließlich Blockierung des Zellzyklus von CRC, Förderung der Apoptose, Hemmung der Invasion und Migration von Zellen, Induktion der Autophagie, Unterdrückung der Tumorangio­genese und Umgestaltung des Tumormikromilieus, mit dem Ziel, neue Ansätze für die Medikamentenentwicklung und klinische Praxis bei der Behandlung von CRC mit Danshen zu bieten.
