Resümee

Atherosklerose (AS) ist eine Gefäßerkrankung, die hauptsächlich große und mittlere Arterien betrifft und die pathologische Grundlage vieler kardiovaskulärer Erkrankungen darstellt, wobei sie weltweit eine hohe Komplikationsrate und Sterblichkeit verursacht. Die traditionelle chinesische Medizin spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der Prävention und Behandlung von AS und zeigt durch multiplen Zielstrukturen und multiple Wege einzigartige therapeutische Vorteile. Chuanxiong, als in der Klinik häufig verwendetes chinesisches Arzneimittel, enthält wichtige aktive anti-AS-Komponenten wie Ligustrazin, Chuanxiong-Lacton, Gaoben-Lacton, Quercetin, Ferulasäure, Vanillinsäure, Chlorogensäure, Gallussäure, Katecholsäure, Kaffeesäure, Resveratrol, β-Sitosterol usw. Diese Studie wertet die jüngste Literatur aus und stellt fest, dass die aktiven Komponenten von Chuanxiong AS durch Verbesserung der Endothelzellfunktion, Korrektur von Fettstoffwechselstörungen, Hemmung der Makrophagen-Schaumzellbildung, Hemmung der Invasion, Proliferation und Migration glatter Muskelzellen, Hemmung der Apoptose, Antikoagulation und Hemmung der Thrombozytenaktivierung, Schutz der Mitochondrienfunktion sowie Regulation des Darmmikrobioms und seiner Metaboliten modulieren können, und dabei signifikante pharmakologische Aktivität und klinisches Potenzial zeigen; klinisch wird Chuanxiong häufig mit Danshen, Chishao, Danggui und Bingpian kombiniert, um die Wirksamkeit zu erhöhen und eine synergistische anti-AS-Wirkung zu erzielen. Komplexpräparate auf Chuanxiong-Basis sind vorwiegend blutaktivierend und zeigen eine deutliche Wirksamkeit bei unterschiedlichen AS-Typen. Der Artikel erläutert den aktuellen Forschungsstand zu den aktiven Komponenten, Arzneipaaren und komplexen Präparaten von Chuanxiong in der Prävention und Behandlung von AS, um eine Grundlage für weiterführende theoretische und klinische Studien zu AS und seinen Komplikationen zu schaffen.
