Pankaskuläre Erkrankungen sind systemische Erkrankungen mit atherosklerotischer Pathologie als Kern, die mehrere Gefäßbetten und Zielorgane im gesamten Körper betreffen. Aufgrund ihrer Ausdehnung und Komplexität kann das traditionelle disziplinäre Präventions- und Behandlungsmodell den Anforderungen eines systemischen Managements nicht gerecht werden, was zu einseitiger und unzureichender klinischer Diagnostik führt und eine Verzögerung der Krankheitsbehandlung verursacht. Nach der Auswertung von Daten ist das Team der Ansicht, dass pankaskuläre Erkrankungen weit verbreitete Läsionsstellen, zahlreiche Einflussfaktoren aufweisen und eine Bedrohung für Leben und Gesundheit darstellen, weshalb dringend ein umfassendes Präventions- und Behandlungssystem aufgebaut werden muss, das auf Gefäßgesundheit abzielt und den Patienten in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Erstens sollten Risikogruppen frühzeitig gescreent und Risikobewertungen durchgeführt werden; bei Therapieentscheidungen ist eine interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit erforderlich, um wissenschaftlich fundierte und standardisierte Präventions- und Diagnosewege zu etablieren. Zweitens ist es wichtig, den Menschen in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen und durch kognitive Interventionen die Vertrautheit der Patienten mit der Krankheit zu erhöhen, um die Behandlung vom passiven zum aktiven Gesundheitsmanagement zu transformieren. Drittens sollten die Vorteile moderner wissenschaftlicher Technologien voll ausgeschöpft werden, um Innovationen in der künstlichen Intelligenz voranzutreiben und eine tiefgreifende Integration mit der modernen Medizin zu fördern, was die Umstellung von traditionellen Diagnose- und Behandlungsplänen auf präzise, intelligente und personalisierte Lösungen unterstützt und neue Wege für die Modernisierung des umfassenden Managements von pankaskulären Erkrankungen eröffnet. Viertens soll die traditionelle chinesische Medizin weiterhin innovativ weiterentwickelt und bewahrt werden, wobei moderne und traditionelle Medizin gleichermaßen berücksichtigt werden, um die komplementäre und koordinierte Entwicklung von chinesischer und westlicher Medizin zu fördern und ein einzigartiges chinesisches Modell für das umfassende Management pankaskulärer Erkrankungen zu formen. Fünftens müssen staatliche, Krankenversicherungs- und medizinische Ressourcen neu integriert und verteilt, interdisziplinäre Fachkräfte im Bereich der pankaskulären Medizin ausgebildet und ein effizientes hierarchisches Managementmodell geschaffen werden, das als Leitfaden für das umfassende Management komplexer Erkrankungen in der Zukunft dient.
