Resümee

Intelligente digitale Technologien sind der Kernmotor für die Bewahrung und innovative Entwicklung der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin (TCM). Derzeit hat die intelligente Digitalisierung der TCM vier Entwicklungsphasen durchlaufen und zeigt Merkmale wie langfristige Notwendigkeit, objektive Normierung und ökologische Evolution. Durch die Einführung quantitativer Indikatoren haben intelligente digitale Technologien bahnbrechende Fortschritte bei der Weitergabe und Innovation von TCM-Wissen, der klinischen Diagnose und Behandlung sowie der Versorgung mit Arzneimitteln erzielt. Die Praktikabilität methodischer Innovationen wurde empirisch überprüft, wobei jedoch erhebliche Unterschiede in der technischen Anpassungsfähigkeit und Anwendbarkeit in verschiedenen Bereichen bestehen. Insgesamt befindet sich die intelligente Digitalisierung der TCM in einer Anfangsphase und steht vor mehreren strukturellen Herausforderungen, darunter schwache Datenbasis, unzureichende technische Anpassung, unvollständige System- und Mechanismenaufbau, Mangel an interdisziplinären Talenten, Verzögerungen bei Politik und Gesetzgebung sowie die digitale Kluft zwischen Stadt und Land. Um die nachhaltige Entwicklung und Modernisierung der TCM zu fördern, basiert dieser Artikel auf Daten- und digitaler Governance und entwickelt einen sechs-dimensionalen koordinativen Governance-Rahmen "Daten-Technologie-Organisation-System-Umwelt-Ethik". Zukünftig soll die Entwicklung auf Standardisierung, Integration und Ökologie ausgerichtet sein, eine Daten- und Technologiebasis aufgebaut, der Fokus auf innovative Schlüsseltechnologien mit TCM-spezifischen Merkmalen und deren vertiefte Anwendung gelegt, gleichzeitig die interdisziplinäre Talentförderung gestärkt, System-, Mechanismus- und Rechtsrahmen verbessert und die Unterstützung für ländliche Gebiete erhöht werden. Durch "menschenorientiertes und technologiegestütztes" Vorgehen werden Entwicklungsblockaden überwunden und die starke treibende Kraft intelligenter digitaler Technologien für die Weitergabe der TCM freigesetzt.
