Légèrement ascendant et dispersif est l’un des remèdes classiques largement utilisés en clinique et ayant une efficacité démontrée. Le chercheur a découvert que l'origine de ce remède est sujette à controverse et qu'aucun chercheur n'a encore étudié les informations clés. Cet article utilise la méthode bibliométrique pour procéder à une analyse complète de l'origine et de la composition du légèrement ascendant et dispersif. Il ressort de cette analyse que le légèrement ascendant et dispersif possède quatre noms différents - médecine interne divine, additif de sultan à base de bile, granule dispersante et capsule entelle et entelle. La première apparition du remède avec le nom médecine interne divine a été mentionnée dans le livre de Gong Tingxian de la dynastie Ming, puis il a été largement diffusé sous Yan Lishan de la dynastie Qing, et continue d'être populaire à ce jour.
