La pneumonie aiguë est l'une des affections respiratoires aiguës critiques les plus courantes en clinique, caractérisée par une progression rapide, une difficulté de traitement, un taux de létalité élevé, de nombreuses complications et d'autres caractéristiques, constituant une grave menace pour la santé et la vie des patients. Le mécanisme de survenue de la pneumonie aiguë est extrêmement complexe et des études ont montré un lien étroit entre le développement de la pneumonie aiguë et plusieurs voies de signalisation. Actuellement, le traitement de la pneumonie aiguë repose principalement sur l'antibiothérapie, la ventilation mécanique et les corticostéroïdes, et les résultats cliniques sont souvent insatisfaisants. Par conséquent, la recherche de méthodes de traitement alternatives sûres et efficaces revêt une importance particulière. Ces dernières années, avec l'avancée des études de médecine chinoise, la médecine chinoise et la thérapie traditionnelle chinoise ont suscité un grand intérêt dans le traitement de la pneumonie aiguë. Par conséquent, cet article examine la relation entre la pneumonie aiguë et les voies de signalisation correspondantes au cours des dernières années et comment la médecine chinoise régule ces voies de signalisation pour traiter la pneumonie aiguë. Il a été constaté que la médecine chinoise pouvait réduire la réaction inflammatoire, inhiber l'apoptose et la nécrose cellulaire, améliorer le stress oxydatif et d'autres effets du traitement de la pneumonie aiguë. L'auteur a constaté que chaque voie de signalisation régule la pneumonie aiguë de manière différente, donc la réduction de la réaction inflammatoire est le mécanisme d'action principal de la médecine chinoise dans le traitement de la pneumonie aiguë.
