Cette étude vise à étudier le mécanisme d'action des médicaments antidépresseurs sur l'activation des cellules gliales dans le cerveau des souris après la séparation de la mère et de la progéniture et le double impact. Par rapport au groupe NC, les souris du groupe MRS présentaient un comportement dépressif, les niveaux de neuromédiateurs dans l'hippocampe ont sensiblement diminué (P<0.05, P<0.01), la protéine Iba-1 a augmenté (P<0.01), les niveaux de protéines JAK2 et STAT3 ont augmenté (P<0.05), CD68, CD11b, IL-1β, JAK2, STAT3 mRNA ont été considérablement augmentés (P<0.01), les niveaux de IL-10 mRNA ont considérablement diminué (P<0.01). Par rapport au groupe MRS, les groupes XSF et minocycline ont montré une amélioration certaine du comportement dépressif, le contenu en neuromédiateurs de l'hippocampe des souris des groupes XSF et minocycline a considérablement augmenté (P<0.05, P<0.01), le niveau de Iba-1 a considérablement diminué (P<0.01), les niveaux de protéines JAK2 et STAT3 ont diminué (P<0.05), les niveaux de mRNA CD68, CD11b, JAK2, STAT3 et IL-1β ont considérablement diminué (P<0.05, P<0.01), les niveaux de mRNA IL-10 ont considérablement augmenté (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Les médicaments antidépresseurs peuvent atténuer le comportement dépressif des souris exposées à la séparation de la mère et de la progéniture après un double impact, et il est possible que le mécanisme d'atténuation de l'activation des cellules gliales de l'hippocampe par les médicaments antidépresseurs soit liée à la voie JAK2/STAT3.
