Observations cliniques sur l'application de la thérapie du CP accompagné d'une dysfonction érectile, renforçant et purifiant le foie

L'objectif de cette étude est d'explorer l'efficacité clinique du traitement de CP accompagné d'ED. Méthodes Il s'agissait d'une étude de contrôle randomisée, dans laquelle 90 cas de patients atteints de CP accompagné d'ED ont été collectés à partir de la consultation du professeur Zhao Zongjiang, et ont été randomisés dans un rapport de 1:1 en un groupe de traitement et un groupe témoin, chacun comprenant 45 cas. Le plan de traitement du groupe de traitement consistait en un traitement du CP accompagné d'ED à l'aide d'un traitement de renforcement et de purification du foie, tandis que le groupe témoin utilisait du sildénafil citrate. La durée du traitement dans les deux groupes était de 4 semaines. Les données de base des patients ont été collectées avant et après le traitement, notamment l'âge, l'indice de masse corporelle (IMC), la durée de la maladie, etc., pour comparer l'efficacité clinique, l'évaluation des symptômes du CP (CPSI), l'indice international de la fonction érectile (IIEF-5), l'évaluation de la rigidité de l'érection (EHS), l'évaluation de la médecine chinoise traditionnelle et le changement de caractéristiques des liquides prostatiques pour évaluer l'efficacité et la sécurité du traitement pour les deux groupes de CP accompagnés d'ED. Les résultats des deux groupes de patients n'ont pas montré de différences statistiquement significatives ; par rapport au traitement dans notre groupe, les évaluations cliniques et les symptômes du CP ont nettement diminué après le traitement (P<0.05), l'évaluation IIEF-5 a augmenté (P<0.05), les fréquences de classement EHS III et IV ont nettement augmenté (P<0.05); par rapport au groupe témoin, les évaluations CPSI et de la médecine chinoise traditionnelle ont nettement diminué après le traitement (P<0.05), et bien que l'efficacité clinique et l'évaluation IIEF-5 après le traitement dans le groupe de traitement se soient améliorées par rapport aux valeurs initiales, les différences n'étaient pas statistiquement significatives ; après le traitement dans le groupe de traitement, le nombre de leucocytes, d'érythrocytes et de pus dans le liquide prostatique a diminué par rapport au groupe témoin, et le nombre de liposomes phosphatidylsérine dans la production prostatique a nettement augmenté (P<0.01). Aucune anomalie significative n'a été observée dans les deux évaluations de la sécurité. Conclusions Le traitement de renforcement et de purification du foie peut améliorer la douleur, les troubles urinaires, l'humidité des testicules, la dysfonction érectile, l'éjaculation précoce, l'impuissance sexuelle, etc., et peut efficacement traiter le CP accompagné d'ED.
