L'objectif de cette étude est d'évaluer l'efficacité clinique de l'utilisation des capsules de musc cardiaque dans le traitement de la faible circulation sanguine dans les artères coronaires (CSF) et d'étudier leur effet sur les facteurs inflammatoires. Nous avons utilisé un essai en double aveugle parallèle avec randomisation dans un rapport de 1:1, où les patients atteints de CSF ont été répartis de manière aléatoire en groupes expérimentaux et de contrôle, les patients du groupe expérimental recevant des capsules de musc cardiaque en complément du traitement standard, tandis que les patients du groupe de contrôle recevaient un placebo en complément du traitement standard, avec une durée totale de traitement de 12 semaines. Comme indicateur principal de l'efficacité du traitement, nous avons utilisé le total des points de perfusion myocardique au repos (SRS), et comme indicateurs secondaires d'efficacité, nous avons utilisé des évaluations telles que l'échelle de douleur thoracique de Seattle (SAQ) et les points des symptômes de la douleur thoracique, nous avons également étudié l'effet sur les facteurs inflammatoires en mesurant les niveaux d'interleukine (IL)-1α, IL-1β et IL-6 dans le sérum des patients avant et après le traitement, ainsi que mené une évaluation de la sécurité. Finalement, l'étude a inclus 64 patients atteints de CSF diagnostiqués par angiographie coronaire, dont chaque groupe expérimental et de contrôle comprenait 32 patients. En termes d'efficacité clinique, par rapport à ce groupe avant le traitement, les patients du groupe expérimental ont considérablement amélioré leurs points SRS (χ2=12,70 ; P<0,05) ; après le traitement par rapport au groupe de contrôle, les patients du groupe expérimental ont considérablement amélioré leurs points SRS (χ2=7,63 ; P<0,05) ; par rapport à ce groupe avant le traitement, les patients du groupe expérimental ont considérablement amélioré leur état en termes de stabilité de la douleur thoracique (AS), de fréquence des crises de douleur thoracique (AF), de satisfaction par rapport au traitement (TS), de compréhension de leur maladie (DS) et des points des symptômes de douleur thoracique (P<0,05), les patients du groupe de contrôle ont considérablement amélioré leur compréhension de leur maladie (DS) (P<0,05) ; après le traitement par rapport au groupe de contrôle, les patients du groupe expérimental AS, AF, TS et points des symptômes de douleur thoracique ont considérablement amélioré (P<0,05). En ce qui concerne les facteurs inflammatoires, par rapport à ce groupe avant le traitement, les niveaux d'interleukine (IL)-1α, IL-1β et IL-6 chez les patients du groupe expérimental ont considérablement diminué (P<0,05) ; après le traitement par rapport au groupe de contrôle, les niveaux d'interleukine (IL)-1α, IL-1β et IL-6 chez les patients du groupe expérimental ont considérablement diminué (P<0,05). Conclusion : Les capsules de musc cardiaque peuvent efficacement améliorer les symptômes cliniques des patients atteints de CSF et réduire significativement les niveaux de facteurs inflammatoires dans le sérum.
