L'objectif de cette étude est d'observer l'efficacité clinique du traitement du syndrome du côlon irritable avec constipation (IBS-C) par la médecine traditionnelle chinoise et son impact sur la pression rectale et les paramètres de l'activité électrique du côlon.Il a été sélectionné 64 patients souffrant du syndrome du côlon irritable avec constipation, présentant un déficit énergétique de la rate (IBC-C) selon des critères définis comme sujets d'étude et répartis de manière aléatoire en deux groupes de 32 personnes chacun. Le groupe témoin prenait des comprimés de mosapride avec maléate de citrol, tandis que le groupe d'observation prenait la médecine traditionnelle chinoise. Les deux groupes ont été traités de manière continue pendant 4 semaines et l'effet du traitement sur les scores cliniques de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise, l'auto-évaluation des symptômes de constipation (PAC-SYM), le score général d'anxiété (GAD-7), le score de dépression des patients (PHQ-9) et le changement de la pression rectale et des paramètres de l'activité électrique du côlon chez les patients a été observé avant et après le traitement.Après le traitement, les scores cliniques de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise ont tous deux diminué de manière significative (p<0,01), avec des scores plus bas dans le groupe d'observation (p<0,05). Les symptômes de constipation, les symptômes rectaux, les symptômes abdominaux et les scores généraux des symptômes ont tous diminué de manière significative après le traitement (p<0,01) dans les deux groupes, avec des scores inférieurs dans le groupe d'observation pour les symptômes rectaux, les symptômes abdominaux et les scores généraux des symptômes (p<0,05, p<0,01). Les résidus de pression rectale, le seuil initial de sensation rectale dans les deux groupes ont tous deux diminué de manière significative après le traitement (p<0,05, p<0,01), avec des résidus de pression rectale plus bas dans le groupe témoin (p<0,01). Après le traitement, les scores GAD-7 et PHQ-9 des deux groupes ont tous deux diminué de manière significative (p<0,01), avec un score GAD-7 inférieur dans le groupe d'observation (p<0,01). Après le traitement, les amplitudes moyennes des ondes dans les différents dérivations à différents moments ont toutes deux augmenté de manière significative (p<0,01), avec des amplitudes plus élevées dans le groupe d'observation pour les 5 premières minutes avant les repas, 10 minutes après les repas dans le côlon montant, le côlon descendant, le côlon sigmoïde et le côlon rectal, et 20 et 30 minutes après les repas dans le côlon montant et le côlon rectal dans chaque dérivation (p<0,05).Conclusion : Tong Fu Kuan Zhong Tang est un traitement efficace de l'IBS-C, et son mécanisme pourrait être associé à une diminution de la pression résiduelle rectale, un seuil initial de sensation rectale, une augmentation de l'amplitude de l'activité électrique du côlon et de la fréquence de l'activité électrique du côlon, et une régulation de l'électrophysiologie fonctionnelle du côlon.
