L'objectif de la recherche est d'observer l'effet des comprimés de déverrouillage des voies artérielles sur l'activation de la protéine AMP (AMPK) / activateur sous-unitaire γ PGC-1α (PGC-1α) et l'effet sur la biogenèse mitochondriale, afin d'étudier le mécanisme potentiel d'amélioration du déficit cognitif chez les rats atteints d'infarctus cérébral (VCI) et d'accélérer son amélioration. 12 rats mâles ont été sélectionnés parmi 72 rats, 12 d'entre eux ont été choisis pour subir une opération fictive et les rats restants ont subi une opération améliorée à 2VO; les rats réussis ont été divisés en un groupe modèle, un groupe de dosage élevé et un groupe de dosage faible (27,6 et 13,8 g / kg), un groupe combiné (27,6 g / kg de comprimés de déverrouillage des voies + Dorsomorphin 25 mg / kg), avec 4 semaines d'injections intrapéritonéales répétées du médicament approprié, en utilisant le test du labyrinthe aquatique de Morris pour tester la capacité d'apprentissage et de mémoire des rats.
