L'objectif de cette étude est d'analyser les caractéristiques des symptômes de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise chez les patients atteints de co-morbidité arthrose du genou (KOA) et ostéoporose post-ménopausique (PMOP), afin de fournir une base scientifique pour un diagnostic et un traitement précis de ce type de pathologies communes. Les caractéristiques des patients PMOP et KOA ont été analysées à l’aide d’une enquête transversale prospective et multicentrique, et les caractéristiques générales des sujets inclus ont été analysées statistiquement à l'aide d'Excel 2021. Les variables continues ont été rapportées en utilisant x¯±s pour les rapports, les variables binaires ont été rapportées en pourcentage, et des modèles de réseau complexe "maladie-symptômes-symptômes" des sujets ont été construits à l’aide du logiciel UCINET et Gephi pour une exploration approfondie des caractéristiques structurelles, de l'information sur les liens entre les nœuds et des matrices d'adjacence pondérées obtenues via UCINET et Python, et une présentation visuelle des réseaux complexes via le logiciel Gephi. L'étude a recueilli des informations sur les symptômes de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise et les caractéristiques de 157 sujets atteints de comorbidité PMOP et KOA dans 12 hôpitaux chinois de médecine traditionnelle ou centres de services communautaires cliniques, et a identifié 4 symptômes principaux de comorbidité PMOP et KOA, à savoir le déficit de chaleur des reins (47,13%), le déficit du foie et des reins (36,94%), le déficit de chaleur de la rate et des reins (8,92%), le déficit des reins yin et yang (7,01%) et 10 combinaisons de symptômes (avec un déficit de chaleur de la rate et des reins, faiblesse du sang et de l'énergie, déficit de chaleur de la rate, froid et humidité comme symptômes principaux). En combinant les statistiques de fréquence, les résultats de l'analyse de réseaux complexes et les connaissances en théorie de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise et les directives connexes, l'étude a établi les caractéristiques générales des symptômes corporels, de la douleur, de l'inspection de la langue, du pouls et de l'urine des patients atteints de comorbidité PMOP et KOA. Conclusion. Les principaux symptômes de la comorbidité PMOP et KOA pourraient être le déficit de chaleur des reins, le déficit du foie et des reins, le déficit de chaleur de la rate et des reins, le déficit des reins yin et yang, parmi lesquels le déficit de chaleur des reins et le déficit du foie et des reins sont des symptômes clés.
