Le sommeil, la peau et la santé sont étroitement liés, dans la pratique clinique, l'incidence de l'insomnie est élevée et est facilement accompagnée ou associée au vieillissement de la peau, les deux constituent des 'maladies différentes avec les mêmes symptômes', qui ont un impact important sur la santé physique et mentale de la population, du point de vue du traitement, l'amélioration de l'insomnie et la prévention du vieillissement de la peau est une stratégie de traitement importante, 'une maladie, un traitement' est son important principe de traitement; mais actuellement, la pratique clinique manque de moyens efficaces de prévention et de traitement des deux maladies, la médecine traditionnelle chinoise est très riche et efficace dans la prévention et le traitement de l'insomnie et du vieillissement de la peau, mais peu de choses sont connues sur les causes, les mécanismes de la maladie, les principes et les méthodes de traitement des deux maladies, ce qui nécessite une étude approfondie. Cet article est basé sur la conception, le diagnostic et les principes de traitement traditionnels chinois, du point de vue de la cause, du site de la maladie, du mécanisme de la maladie, de la nature de la maladie, de la prévention, etc., et nous avons découvert qu'au temps de 'Le Classique de l'Interne', il a été reconnu que par jour la clarté, par nuit l'obscurité, la peau dense est un indicateur externe important de la santé, par jour pas de clarté, par nuit pas d'obscurité, la peau se dessèche et vieillit, ce qui est un signe important de vieillissement; les médecins contemporains considèrent que les causes communes de l'insomnie et du vieillissement de la peau sont 'l'interaction interne et externe', le site de la maladie est 'les cinq organes principaux', le mécanisme de la maladie est 'le déficit de feu, l'obstruction de la boue, l'accumulation de la phlegme et du sang', la nature de la maladie est 'l'insuffisance mixte', le traitement et la prévention sont 'le diagnostic et le traitement, la méthode basée sur le yin et le yang'. Cet examen théorique contribuera également à enrichir et à développer la théorie de la médecine chinoise dans l'émergence et la prévention et donnera seulement des indications théoriques pour le traitement de l'insomnie accompagnée du vieillissement de la peau dans le domaine clinique, et contribuera à la construction de la 'Chine en bonne santé'.
