La théorie moderne des tumeurs de la médecine chinoise est confrontée à d'importants défis en ce qui concerne la compréhension théorique, le diagnostic clinique et le traitement, qui diffèrent considérablement les uns des autres, et le manque d'unité et de stratégies normalisées. La terminologie et le concept répandus des maladies en réseau ont une valeur scientifique variée. L'équipe hérite de principes modernes de thérapie en réseau et présente la théorie des tumeurs en réseau. La théorie des tumeurs en réseau du point de vue de l'énergie Yin et Yang souligne que la racine de la tumeur en réseau réside dans la perte de contrôle de l'énergie Yin et Yang de la maladie en réseau, et considère le corps de la tumeur en réseau comme nuisible pour l'énergie Yin et Yang, et expose 7 caractéristiques pathologiques de la tumeur en réseau (latence cachée, maladie aiguë, toxicité de coagulation, facilité de blocage et d'ecchymose, facilite la faiblesse et les dommages, dispersion et changement multiformes, différents viscères et réseaux) et 5 mécanismes pathologiques spécifiques de la tumeur en réseau (toxicité cachée, coagulation de la tumeur, rupture de la tumeur, anomalie de la tumeur, flux toxique de la tumeur). À la fin, tout le mécanisme de l'évolution de la tumeur en réseau passe par 4 niveaux (début des tumeurs, stade intermédiaire, stade avancé et après traitement) chez tous les patients. En pratique, il est nécessaire de faire clairement la différence entre l'état énergétique du réseau de l'organisme du patient et de la tumeur du réseau pour maximiser l'énergie du réseau et régir l'énergie de la tumeur. Sur cette base, de nouvelles méthodes de traitement de la tumeur en réseau sont proposées : l'énergie est régulée, la régulation de l'énergie de la tumeur en réseau est encouragée, la perturbation de l'énergie de la tumeur en réseau. Enfin, la valeur appliquée de la théorie des tumeurs en réseau dans la conduite de la clinique, la promotion de la recherche scientifique, le contournement des barrières théoriques, etc. est discutée.
