L'objectif est d'observer l'efficacité clinique de la pommade Anshen Buxin sur le trouble somatoforme après une intervention coronaire percutanée (ICP) pour maladie coronarienne, ainsi que son impact sur la variabilité de la fréquence cardiaque (VFC). Une centaine de patients atteints de maladie coronarienne après ICP avec trouble somatoforme ont été sélectionnés, au total 96 cas, répartis aléatoirement en groupe témoin et groupe traitement (48 cas chacun). Sur la base du traitement médical occidental standard pour la maladie coronarienne, le groupe témoin a reçu du Dailixin, tandis que le groupe traitement a reçu du Dailixin combiné avec la pommade Anshen Buxin. Les échelles d'auto-évaluation des symptômes somatiques (SSS), le questionnaire d'anxiété généralisée (GAD-7), l'échelle de dépression (PHQ-9), l'auto-évaluation de la qualité du sommeil (SRSS), l'efficacité des signes selon la médecine traditionnelle chinoise, la variabilité de la fréquence cardiaque (VFC), et les taux d'effets indésirables ont été observés avant et après traitement. Finalement, 90 patients ont achevé l'étude, 45 dans chaque groupe. Il n'y avait pas de différence statistiquement significative entre les indicateurs de base des deux groupes, assurant leur comparabilité. Par rapport à l'état avant traitement, les scores SSS, GAD-7 et PHQ-9 ont diminué dans les deux groupes (P<0,05) ; comparé au groupe témoin, le groupe traitement a montré une meilleure amélioration des symptômes somatiques, de l'anxiété et de la dépression (P<0,05) ; le groupe témoin n'a pas réduit le score SRSS, alors que le groupe traitement l'a efficacement abaissé (P<0,05) ; en termes d'efficacité des signes selon la médecine chinoise, le taux d'efficacité globale du groupe traitement était de 91,1 % (41/45), contre 71,1 % (32/45) dans le groupe témoin, le groupe traitement étant supérieur (Z=-2,663, P<0,05) ; les deux groupes ont amélioré la VFC, mais le groupe traitement était meilleur (P<0,05) ; aucune réaction indésirable grave n'a été signalée, avec un taux d'effets indésirables de 6,7 % (3/45) dans le groupe traitement et de 31,10 % (14/45) dans le groupe témoin, le groupe traitement ayant un taux plus faible (χ²=7,252, P<0,05). Conclusion : l'administration orale de la pommade Anshen Buxin en complément du Dailixin peut améliorer davantage les symptômes cliniques chez les patients atteints de trouble somatoforme après ICP pour maladie coronarienne, améliorer la qualité du sommeil, augmenter l'efficacité du traitement, améliorer la variabilité de la fréquence cardiaque et réduire les effets secondaires liés à l'utilisation unique de Dailixin, ce qui présente une grande valeur clinique et mérite d'être promu.
