L'objectif de cette étude est d'observer l'efficacité clinique du traitement du syndrome des spermatozoïdes faiblement déformés avec atteinte rénale et vasculaire chez les hommes atteints de spermatozoïdats fortement déformés de type inconnu, et l'effet sur les marqueurs biochimiques du sperme et le stress oxydatif du sperme. Les patients répondant aux critères d'inclusion ont été répartis de manière aléatoire en un groupe d'observation de 61 patients (2 exclus, 59 terminés) et un groupe témoin de 61 patients (2 exclus, 1 exclu, 58 terminés). Le groupe d'observation a reçu un traitement pour renforcer les reins et les vaisseaux, 1 dose/jour; le groupe témoin a reçu une solution de lévocarnitine, 10 mL/fois, 3 fois/jour, pour une durée totale de 12 semaines dans les deux groupes, suivi de 6 semaines de suivi, et enregistré les changements des spermatozoïdes en mouvement vers l'avant (PR), le taux de forme normale des spermatozoïdes, les marqueurs biochimiques [superoxyde dismutase (SOD) du sperme, malondialdéhyde (MDA) du sperme] et les marqueurs biochimiques [phosphatase acide du sperme, zinc, fructose, alphaglucosidase (α-Glu) du sperme] et le score de diagnostic en médecine chinoise traditionnelle. L'efficacité totale dans le groupe d'observation était de 76,3% (45/59), contre 44,8% (26/58) dans le groupe témoin, l'efficacité dans le groupe d'observation était supérieure à celle du groupe témoin (χ2=12,120, P<0,05). Comparé aux patients avant le traitement, les deux groupes de patients ont montré une augmentation de PR, de forme normale des spermatozoïdes, et du niveau de SOD (P<0,05), avec une augmentation plus prononcée chez les patients du groupe d'observation (P<0,05); le niveau de MDA et le score de diagnostic en médecine chinoise traditionnelle ont nettement diminué (P<0,05), et comparé au niveau de MDA chez les patients du groupe témoin après traitement, le niveau a diminué de manière significative chez les patients du groupe d'observation (P<0,05). Comparé aux patients avant le traitement, les patients du groupe d'observation ont présenté une augmentation significative des niveaux de phosphatase acide, de zinc, de fructose, de α-Glu (P<0,05), tandis que chez les patients du groupe témoin, le niveau de α-Glu a augmenté (P<0,05). Comparé aux patients du groupe témoin après traitement, les niveaux de phosphatase acide, de zinc, de fructose, de α-Glu étaient significativement plus élevés chez les patients du groupe d'observation (P<0,05), aucune des deux groupes n'a présenté d'effets secondaires graves. Conclusion : le traitement pour renforcer les reins et les vaisseaux peut améliorer la mobilité des spermatozoïdes et réduire l'anomalie chez les hommes atteints du syndrome des spermatozoïdes faiblement déformés avec atteinte rénale et vasculaire, son mécanisme d'action pourrait passer par une influence sur le microenvironnement de l'épididyme, de la prostate et des vésicules séminales, une amélioration du niveau biochimique du sperme et une augmentation de la capacité antioxydante du sperme, l'élimination de l'excès d'oxygène actif, atténuant ainsi la réaction de stress oxydatif.
