L'objectif de cette recherche est d'explorer les méthodes de construction et d'évaluation de la maladie cardiaque aiguë de l'infarctus aigu du myocarde (AMI) chez les rats avec une carence de sommeil. 36 rats SD ont été répartis de manière aléatoire en fonction de la masse corporelle en groupe normal (n = 6), groupe AMI (modèle A, n = 10), groupe de privation de sommeil aigu + AMI (modèle B, n = 10), groupe de privation de sommeil chronique + AMI (modèle C, n = 10). Les rats du groupe normal n'ont pas été traités. Les rats du groupe A ont subi uniquement une ligature de la branche descendante avant gauche de l'artère coronaire. Les rats du groupe B ont été privés de sommeil pendant 96 heures, puis soumis à une nouvelle ligature de la branche descendante avant gauche de l'artère coronaire. Le groupe C a poursuivi la privation de sommeil sur la base du groupe B, avec un cycle chaque semaine pendant 48 heures et un repos pendant 24 heures, pendant 3 semaines. Après la ligature de l’artère coronaire dans le groupe C, les rats ont été évalués chaque semaine pendant 3 semaines. L'électrocardiogramme a été utilisé pour évaluer l’état de la ligature de la branche descendante avant gauche de l'artère coronaire et la fonction cardiaque a été évaluée à l'aide d'une petite sonde ultrasonore. Les niveaux d'enzymes cardiaques, le taux d'acides gras ont été vérifiés et les changements cardiaques ont été évalués. L'état général et la masse corporelle, la force de préhension, la température faciale, la température du rectum, le débit salivaire, l'expérience de champ et l’évaluation des valeurs de couleur de la langue rouge (R), vert (G), bleu (B), le changement du pouls et des niveaux élevés d'adénosine cyclique d'adénosine monophosphate (cAMP) et de guanosine monophosphate cyclique (cGMP) et des hormones surrénaliennes à libération rapide (CRF), adénocorticothormone (ACTH), thyroxine triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxine thyroxine (T4), corticostéroïdes (CORT). Au final, la méthode de privation continue de sommeil pendant 96 heures combinée à une ligature de la branche descendante avant gauche de l’artère coronaire peut créer un modèle de rat AMI avec une atmosphère déficiente, et les symptômes de déficience atmosphérique peuvent durer 3 semaines.
