La formule de la solution buvable Qi Dong Yi Xin provient de l'expérience du maître national de médecine traditionnelle chinoise Ren Jixue dans le traitement de la myocardite virale (VMC). Elle présente des effets tonifiants le Qi et nourrissant le cœur, apaisant l'esprit et arrêtant les palpitations. Utilisée pour traiter la VMC et l'angine de poitrine de la cardiopathie coronarienne causées par une déficience du Qi et du Yin. Cependant, les connaissances cliniques sur les preuves d'efficacité, les points forts, les modes d'emploi, les dosages et la sécurité d'utilisation sont encore insuffisantes. C'est pourquoi le « Consensus d'experts sur l'application clinique de la solution buvable Qi Dong Yi Xin » (ci-après dénommé « ce consensus ») a été développé. Ce consensus suit rigoureusement le processus et la méthode d'élaboration des consensus d’experts cliniques pour les médicaments chinois de la Société chinoise de médecine traditionnelle. Il couvre la mise en route du consensus, la détermination des questions cliniques, la recherche et l’évaluation des preuves, la formation des recommandations et suggestions, la collecte des avis, l’évaluation par les pairs, l’examen et la publication. Le consensus comprend 10 recommandations et 12 suggestions, précisant le positionnement clinique, les avantages thérapeutiques, la différenciation syndromique, les modes d’emploi et dosages, la médication combinée, le moment d’administration, les réactions indésirables, les contre-indications et les précautions de la solution buvable Qi Dong Yi Xin. Il met en évidence ses avantages cliniques et sa sécurité dans le traitement de la VMC et de l’angine de poitrine coronarienne, fournissant un cadre normatif et des références pour une utilisation sûre et raisonnable par les médecins. Ce consensus a été examiné et approuvé par le Bureau de normalisation de la Société chinoise de médecine traditionnelle le 23 décembre 2024, numéro de norme GSCACM-376-2024.
