추상적인

유방암은 전 세계 여성 건강을 위협하는 주요 암 중 하나로, 침습성이 강하고 악성도가 높으며 예후가 좋지 않은 특징을 가지고 있습니다. 세계보건기구 통계에 따르면, 2022년 유방암은 전 세계 여성 암 발병률에서 2위를 차지하며 전체 신규 암 사례의 11.6%를 차지했습니다. 서양 의학은 주로 수술, 화학요법, 방사선요법, 내분비요법 및 분자 표적 치료 등 방법을 통해 유방암을 치료하며, 유방암 환자의 재발률과 사망률을 효과적으로 개선하고 생존 기간을 연장할 수 있습니다. 그러나 치료 과정에서 여러 가지 부작용이 수반되어 환자의 삶의 질에 도전이 됩니다. 반면, 한의학은 유방암 세포 증식 및 전이 억제, 화학요법으로 인한 부작용 감소, 환자의 생존율 및 삶의 질 향상 등에서 유의한 치료 효과를 보여주었습니다. 따라서 유방암 치료에서 한의약의 약리작용 및 기전을 심층적으로 탐구하는 것이 매우 필요합니다. 저자는 유방암의 병인병기, 변증론치, 한약 복방, 단미, 단일 성분, 한의 외치법의 약리작용 및 기전을 정리하여 한의약이 유방암 치료에 치료적 작용을 가지며 증효감독 및 부작용 경감 효과를 발휘할 수 있음을 발견하였으며, 신호 경로 조절, 유방암 세포 증식, 세포 주기, 이동, 침습, 면역 회피, 상피-간질 전이(EMT) 과정, 유산소 해당작용, 미토콘드리아 생합성, 아미노아실-tRNA 생합성 조절, 종양 세포 내성 감소, 세포 자멸사, 철사멸사, 세포 자가포식 촉진, 종양 면역 미세환경 조절 등의 기전을 통해 이루어진다는 것을 밝혔습니다. 본 논문은 유방암 실험 연구 및 임상 치료에 새로운 사고와 방법을 제공하고자 합니다.
