Производя поиск в летописях традиционных знаний о растительных ценностях, фармакопейных сборниках, литературе по традиционной китайской медицине, научных материалах современности, автор систематизировал и проверил названия, происхождение, латинское наименование, лекарственное использование, место роста, сбор, обработку и историческое значение препаратов из семейства губоцветных, связанных с Euphorbia, а также их лечебные свойства. Отним селекции можно увидеть, что образование названия «большой ландыш» началось с «Классический труд по траволечению императора Шен Нун». Все потомки использовали это название, а также были известны и такие варианты, как «Кунг Цю», Красный ландыш, Пантера». Основные источники сырья для приготовления сборов считают корень растения Euphorbia pekinensis из семейства губоцветных. В прошлом использование верхушек растений этого семейства в качестве зеле в лекарствах подтверждается большинством древних фармакопейным сборником и перестает употребляться в лечебных целях с момента, когда Ли Ши Цзен оставил заметку, что зеле происходит от растения Euphorbia helioscopia. В современности вариант корня красный ландыш Knoxia valerianoides стал ведущим в отпуске препаратов, этим следует знать. Согласно старинным сведениям, наиболее основные места его произрастания, включая Цзянсу, Аньхуэй, Чжэцзян, Шаньси. Современные биологические исследования показывают многочисленное распространение в Китае, в каждом районе. В свое время корни забирали в двенадцатом месяце по лунному календарю, сегодня в подполье и зимние монотеры забираются, старые методы изготовления включали обжарку в уксусе, обжарку в водолько, смешивание обжаривания и прошлое, сегодняшние унифицированы в обработке уксусом. Лечебные и клинические свойства согласны с древними знаниями, большей частью был глава горьким и холодным яд противоположным. Основное действие ограничено вывод наружных жидкостей и рассеиванием опухоли.
