Болезнь Паркинсона (БП) является хроническим прогрессирующим нейродегенеративным заболеванием, основным клиническим проявлением которого является нарушение двигательной функции. Основные патологические признаки включают потерю дофаминергических нейронов черной субстанции среднего мозга, аномальное накопление α-синуклеина (α-Syn) и образование телец Леви, механизмы патогенеза до конца не ясны. В последние годы заболеваемость БП возрастает, а существующие методы лечения могут лишь улучшить симптомы, но не остановить прогрессирование болезни, при этом сопровождаются многими побочными эффектами, поэтому поиск эффективных лекарств для лечения БП крайне актуален. Современные исследования показали, что сигнальный путь Kelch-подобного ECH-ассоциированного белка 1 (Keap1)/фактора ядерного транскрипции E2-связанного фактора 2 (Nrf2)/элемента антиоксидантного ответа (ARE) тесно связан с окислительным стрессом, нейровоспалением, апоптозом, фером смерти и дисфункцией митохондрий, играя ключевую роль в патофизиологии развития БП. Многочисленные исследования дополнительно подтверждают, что традиционная китайская медицина может регулировать заболевание через целостный диагностику и молекулярные пути, и обладает уникальными преимуществами многократных целей, многопутевого действия и меньших побочных эффектов, что предоставляет новые стратегии лечения БП. В статье изложен механизм действия сигнального пути Keap1/Nrf2/ARE в развитии БП и обобщены последние исследования по точному таргетированию сигнального пути Keap1/Nrf2/ARE с помощью отдельных компонентов традиционной китайской медицины, сложных формул и акупунктуры для вмешательства в БП, с целью предоставления справочной базы для разработки клинических лекарств для профилактики и лечения БП.
