Злокачественные опухоли пищеварительной системы (DT) являются одной из основных причин смертности в мире и представляют значительное экономическое бремя. Микробиота кишечника играет ключевую роль в поддержании здоровья хозяина, включая обеспечение питательными веществами, защиту от патогенов и стимулирование развития иммунной системы. В последние годы все больше исследований показывают тесную связь дисбактериоза кишечника с такими DT, как рак желудка, печени и толстой кишки. Следовательно, таргетированная модуляция кишечной микробиоты имеет потенциал для подавления роста и метастазирования DT, хотя конкретные механизмы регуляции остаются неясными. С углублением исследований китайской традиционной медицины в области противоопухолевой терапии, особенно многочисленных фундаментальных и клинических исследований по регулированию микробиоты кишечника, данный подход привлекает значительное внимание в лечении DT. В статье приведен систематический обзор взаимоотношений между кишечной микробиотой и DT, а также исследований по регуляции микробиоты кишечника китайской традиционной медициной для борьбы с DT с целью обеспечения основ и направлений для будущих фундаментальных и клинических исследований DT. Анализ литературы показывает, что микробиота кишечника влияет на возникновение и развитие DT через различные пути, включая вызов хронического воспаления, производство канцерогенных метаболитов, индукцию нестабильности генома, регуляцию иммунной системы и изменение микроокружения опухоли. Китайская традиционная медицина может оказывать противоопухолевое действие путем коррекции состава микробиоты кишечника, регуляции метаболитов микробиоты, восстановления функции кишечного барьера и влияния на иммунную функцию. Поэтому понимание взаимосвязи между микробиотой кишечника и DT, а также механизмов регуляции китайской традиционной медицины может способствовать разработке новых стратегий профилактики и лечения DT.
