Цель анализировать клиническую терапию и закономерности применения традиционной китайской медицины у детей с первичным синдромом почечной недостаточности (PNS), обслуживаемых в первой клинике Китайского медицинского университета Хэнань. Методы: собраны данные об использовании иммуносупрессантов, составленной базы данных рецептов традиционной китайской медицины, проведен анализ данных исследований, проведено частотное исследование относительно лекарственных средств и ассоциативных правил, выполнена кластеризация и обобщен анализ для составления распределения высокочастотных препаратов. Результаты (1) Общая информация, включены 711 случаев, из них мальчики 522 случая (73,42%), девочки 189 случаев (26,58%), соотношение между мальчиками и девочками ≈2,76:1, возраст большинства пациентов составил ранний детский и дошкольный возраст, средний возраст заболевания (4,74±3,48) лет. (2) Клиническая терапия и применение иммуносупрессантов, из 711 пациентов 237 пациентов получали терапию одними стероидами (32,33%), 474 пациента (66,67%) применяли комбинированную терапию иммуносупрессантами, при первичной терапии наиболее популярной схемой терапии были стероиды в сочетании с такролимусом (Так) (32,91%). Для детей с низкой клинической эффективностью и трудно лечащимися случаями PNS позднего периода назначалась терапия ритуксимабом (RTX), пропорция довольно высока составила 23,63%. (3) Клинические типы средств традиционной китайской медицины и закономерности их применения. Классификация PNS оценила в основном наличие нарушения ку-янь-камфорой, их было 477, то есть 67,09% всех случаев; на втором месте было нарушение янь-ки-камфорой 118 случаев, то есть 16,60% от общего числа. Всего включены 711 случаев, 706 пациентов получили сочетанное лечение традиционной китайской медициной, таким образом составлено 706 рецептов, насчитывается в сумме 226 видов традиционной китайской медицины, общее частотное использование 9 793 раза. Использование 30 видов лекарств превышает 95 раз, в первую пятерку входят следующие традиционные китайские лекарства: женьшень (81,16%), астрагалус (71,81%), пориа кукурмы (68,84%), белый аицем (63,60%), шань-цзю-ю (57,37%). Правила ассоциации и график использования лекарств показывает, что комбинация «астрагалус-белый айцем-пориа кукурмы» наиболее близкая, и с использованием метода кластеризации получено 5 групп комбинаций. Вывод при лечении PNS у детей терапия с использованием стероидов в сочетании с такролимусом показала себя эффективной и безопасной; для сложных случаев PNS можно использовать терапию ритуксимабом и стероидами; при лечении PNS традиционной китайской медициной необходимо учитывать принципы питания, диагностики и применение женьшеня, пории кукурмы, белого айцема, шань-цзю-ю и других лекарств, чтобы достичь баланса между йином и янь, чтобы добиться хороших клинических эффектов.
