Колоректальный рак является распространённой злокачественной опухолью пищеварительной системы, и в последние годы наблюдается ежегодный рост заболеваемости и смертности. Из-за сложного патогенеза и неблагоприятного прогноза для пациентов колоректальный рак представляет серьёзную угрозу для физического и психического здоровья человека. В настоящее время западные методы лечения могут в определённой степени подавлять рост опухоли и облегчать симптомы у пациентов, однако проблемы с рецидивами и метастазами после операции, многочисленными побочными эффектами и быстрой выработкой лекарственной устойчивости снижают общую эффективность лечения. Поэтому поиск более эффективных и безопасных методов терапии стал первоочередной задачей. Сигнальный путь аденозинмонофосфат-активируемой протеин киназы (AMPK) играет регуляторную роль в росте, дифференцировке, апоптозе и аутофагии клеток колоректального рака, широко участвуя в развитии заболевания и считается важной мишенью для противораковой терапии. Традиционная китайская медицина (ТКМ) обладает уникальными преимуществами в лечении колоректального рака, действуя через множественные пути и механизмы, способна предотвращать рецидивы и метастазы после операции, снижать побочные эффекты радиохимиотерапии и улучшать качество жизни пациентов, что делает её ключевым методом лечения. Исследования показывают, что активные компоненты китайских лекарственных трав, такие как флавоноиды, полифенолы, терпены и эфиры, а также сложные препараты, например гранулы Циньцзе Фучжэн и некоторые экстракты, оказывают значительное регуляторное влияние на AMPK и связанные с ним сигнальные пути. Они проявляют противораковую активность за счет индукции аутофагии и апоптоза, стимулирования ферроптоза, подавления эпитеально-мезенхимального перехода, обращения лекарственной устойчивости и блокировки клеточного цикла. Данная статья систематизирует и обобщает последние исследования по применению ТКМ в лечении колоректального рака, с акцентом на механизмы регулирования AMPK, и надеется предоставить идеи и рекомендации для разработки новых клинических препаратов.
