Цель данного исследования заключается в оценке влияния лекарства Danlou Tablet на функцию внутреннего слоя сосудов у пациентов с стабильной стенокардией с атеросклерозом периферических артерий (AS) с коронарным сердечным заболеванием (CHD). Для этого были собраны данные о 72 пациентах с атеросклерозом периферических артерий (AS), страдающих стабильной стенокардией с атеросклерозом коронарных артерий, которые получали лечение в Госпитале Гуаньань Института Традиционной Китайской Медицины с сентября 2023 года по ноябрь 2023 года, и каждая из групп была случайным образом разделена на контрольную группу (стандартное лечение медикаментами) и наблюдаемую группу (лечение лекарственным средством Danlou Tablet в комбинации со стандартным лечением медикаментами), по 36 пациентов в каждой группе в течение 12 недель. Затем было зафиксировано количество приступов стенокардии у пациентов для наблюдения клинической эффективности лекарства Danlou Tablet; были собраны периферические кровяные образцы пациентов и использовался ELISA и метод нитратредуктазы для измерения уровней биомаркеров повреждения внутреннего сосудистого эндотелия до и после лечения для оценки влияния лекарства Danlou Tablet на функцию сосудов пациентов; затем были использованы ELISA, автоматический биохимический анализатор (динамическая турбидиметрическая методика, метод ферментов) и ферментный тест для измерения уровней воспалительных факторов и липопротеинов в крови пациентов для оценки влияния лекарства Danlou Tablet на антивоспалительное и липидорегулирующее действие. В отношении приступов стенокардии, по сравнению с контрольной группой, у пациентов наблюдаемой группы уменьшилось количество приступов стенокардии ( Р <0,05); в отношении маркеров повреждения внутреннего сосудистого эндотелия, в сравнении с группой, обследуемой до лечения, у пациентов наблюдаемой группы уровень эндотелина-1 (ET-1), молекула межклеточной адгезии-1 (ICAM-1) и молекула внутриклеточной адгезии-1 (VCAM-1) в периферической крови упал ( Р <0,05), уровень оксида азота (NO) и фактор роста сосудистого эндотелия (VEGF) поднялся ( Р <0,05), и в сравнении с группой, обследуемой после лечения, улучшение ET-1, NO, ICAM-1 и VCAM-1 было более выраженным ( Р <0,05); в отношении маркеров воспаления, в сравнении с группой, обследуемой до лечения, уровень интерлейкина-6 (IL-6) в крови пациентов наблюдаемой группы упал значительно ( Р <0,05), и в сравнении с группой, обследуемой после лечения, уровень IL-6 упал значительно ( Р <0,01); в отношении липопротеинов, в сравнении с группой, обследуемой до лечения, уровень липопротеина низкой плотности (LDL-C) у пациентов наблюдаемой группы упал ( Р <0,05), и в сравнении с группой, обследуемой после лечения, уровень липопротеина высокой плотности (HDL-C) у пациентов наблюдаемой группы поднялся ( Р <0,05); ангуломерация в отношении безопасности, в течение периода вмешательства в обеих группах не было замечено серьезных случаев побочных реакций. Вывод Danlou Tablet, примененный у пациентов с атеросклерозом периферических артерий, страдающих стабильной стенокардией с атеросклерозом коронарных артерий, может улучшить функцию сосудов пациентов, уменьшить воспалительные индексы, улучшить симптомы пациентов, улучшить их качество жизни и быть безопасным.
