Цель исследования состоит в исследовании метода фотохимического комбинированного метода синтеза диуретана (STZ) для создания модели мышей с гипоксией и недостаточностью крови мозга, а также оценки биологической основы установленной модели. Сорок мышей C57BL6 / J были случайным образом разделены на нормальную группу и группу модели, по 20 мышей в каждой группе. Нормальной группе не обрабатывали, а группе модели вводили STZ в живот (55 мг / кг) один раз в день в течение 5 дней подряд. После окончания фотохимического постеобработка 14 дней, 10 мышей были случайно извлечены из нормальной группы для фотообъемной группы, и 10 мышей из группы модели были случайно извлечены для STZ + фотохимической группы. Через инъекцию розового раствора (125 мг / кг) в сочетании с облучением светом длиной волны 520 нм можно вызвать тромб в мышах и вызвать ишемический инсульт у мышей.
