Из "Го Юй · Чжоу Юй часть первая": "Ци Неба и Земли не теряет порядка", чистое поднимается, мутное опускается, энергия остается прежней, основы инь и ян заложены; взаимосвязь чистого и мутного называется беспорядочным ци, вызывает болезни. "Взаимосвязь чистого и мутного" — это патологическое состояние с нарушением подъема и спуска, хаотичным входом и выходом, которое постепенно развивается в "мутное наносит вред чистому" и "мутное превращается в зло", используются для объяснения ядра и источника болезни. Гармония инь-ян, циркуляция единой ци, взаимодействие органов связывают теорию "чистого и мутного" с иммунным ответом, обменом веществ, барьерной функцией кишечной слизистой и синтезом энергии митохондрий. Современные исследования показывают, что дисбактериоз кишечника, инактивация рецепторов желчных кислот, дисбаланс поляризации макрофагов, эпителиально-мезенхимальный переход и железозависимая смерть клеток участвуют в развитии язвенного колита. Глубокий анализ классической теории традиционной китайской медицины "взаимосвязь чистого и мутного" и современных патологических механизмов, обобщение соответствия между микроуровневыми патологическими механизмами и теорией для руководства лечением язвенного колита. Комбинация сладкого и теплого, усиление центральной ци, циркуляция единой ци, чистое поднимается, мутное оседает; острое раскрывает, горькое опускает, тепло и чистота вместе, ветер лекарств поднимается и достигает, открывая органы, распределяя чистоту и стабилизируя мутность, свойства лекарств с ветром, сочетание сладости, тепла, остроты, горечи и чистоты соответствуют принципу "гармонии чистого и мутного". Статья сочетает макро- и микроподходы, направлена на разъяснение научного содержания и микро-патологических механизмов язвенного колита с точки зрения "взаимосвязи чистого и мутного", а также предлагает новые идеи для клинической диагностики и лечения.
