Клинические случаи традиционной китайской медицины (ТКМ) являются основным носителем передачи академических идей и клинического опыта ТКМ, и построение системы оценки качества является важным этапом стандартизации и модернизации ТКМ. В данной статье, основанной на практике создания базы данных клинических случаев традиционной китайской медицины Китайского общества традиционной китайской медицины, проводится глубокий анализ ключевых проблем, таких как недостаточная достоверность клинических случаев и отсутствие фокуса в критериях оценки, предлагается трёхмерная модель оценки, основанная на логике «структура-процесс-результат», включающая три основных измерения: достоверность и нормативность, особенности и преимущества, степень применения и трансформации, системно объединяющая 12 ключевых показателей оценки. Модель сохраняет академические особенности диагностики и лечения по системе ТКМ, при этом включает современные стандарты научных исследований, достигая баланса между индивидуальным опытом ТКМ и стандартизированной оценкой; одновременно она предоставляет теоретическую основу и методологическую поддержку для оценки качества клинических случаев ТКМ, обладая важной академической ценностью для продвижения наследия, исследований на основе доказательств и инноваций в системе оценки кадров ТКМ.
