El objetivo de la investigación fue explorar el efecto protector de la transdiferenciación de las células epiteliales del túbulo renal TCMK-1 inducida por el factor de crecimiento beta-β 1 (TGF-β 1) y las vías potenciales de acción del medicamento para la desintoxicación y humectación de los riñones. Los métodos utilizaron una concentración masiva de 10 μg·L-1 de TGF-β 1 para inducir la transdifferentiation de las células TCMK-1, con la creación de los siguientes grupos: grupos en blanco, grupos modelo, grupos de medicamentos para la desintoxicación y humectación (10% de suero de medicamentos para la desintoxicación y humectación), grupos de losartán (10% de suero de losartán), grupos EX527 + TGF-β 1, grupos EX527+ medicamento para la desintoxicación y humectación, grupos EX527..
