El objetivo de este estudio es observar el efecto de la terapia cíclica en la función renal y hepática y la regulación de la reproducción para el tratamiento del síndrome de los ovarios poliquísticos (SOPQ) en el período de ventana de implantación en ratas. 6 de 36 ratas macho y hembra de nivel SPF fueron seleccionadas para formar un grupo natural aleatorio para las demás ratas y se les administró una dosis de quinona para construir un modelo animal de SOPQ.
