El objetivo de este estudio es establecer provisionalmente criterios de diagnóstico del síndrome de insuficiencia renal vesical isquémica para proporcionar una base para la normalización del diagnóstico y tratamiento del accidente cerebrovascular isquémico. Los métodos utilizados en este estudio involucraron la búsqueda de literatura relevante sobre los criterios de diagnóstico del síndrome de insuficiencia renal vesical isquémica, la explotación y extracción de datos para formar un pool de elementos. Sobre la base de este pool de elementos, se realizó una encuesta a expertos seleccionados mediante el método Delphi, con dos rondas de cuestionarios para llevar a cabo la primera filtración de elementos y determinar la importancia de los síntomas. Utilizando un método de investigación clínica prospectiva, se recopilaron datos clínicos de los pacientes para determinar los diagnósticos principales y secundarios, combinando métodos de análisis estadístico y técnicas de extracción de datos. Con los diagnósticos principales y secundarios ya definidos en este estudio, un grupo de expertos discutió y estableció provisionalmente criterios de diagnóstico de la insuficiencia renal vesical isquémica. Se incluyeron un total de 25 criterios de diagnóstico relevantes, los cuales fueron luego fraccionados, normalizados y seleccionados para formar un pool de elementos que incluye 48 elementos. La primera encuesta mediante cuestionario se llevó a cabo con 30 expertos. El coeficiente de concordancia de Kendall fue de 0,359, todos los expertos lograron una tasa de satisfacción del 100 %, y la tasa de eficacia del cuestionario fue del 100 %. Los resultados estadísticos fueron los siguientes: ① estadísticas descriptivas, síntomas principales con una frecuencia ≥ 30 %: fatiga, debilidad, dolor lumbar, etc.; síntomas secundarios con 10 % ≤ frecuencia ≤ 30 %: fatiga, lentitud en el habla, falta de aliento, etc. ② Análisis de regresión logística bivariante, diagnósticos principales con una razón de momios (OR) ≥ 3: fatiga, debilidad, dolor lumbar, etc.; diagnósticos secundarios con 1 ≤ OR ≤ 3: fatiga, lentitud en el habla, falta de aliento, etc. ③ Red neuronal artificial, diagnósticos principales con 0,5 ≤ valor de peso (W ij) < 1: fatiga, lentitud en el habla, etc., diagnósticos secundarios con 0,3 ≤ Wij < 0,5: falta de aliento, parálisis, etc. La segunda encuesta mediante cuestionario se llevó a cabo con 37 expertos. El coeficiente de concordancia de Kendall fue de 0,237, todos los expertos lograron una tasa de satisfacción del 100 %, y la tasa de eficacia del cuestionario fue del 100 %.
