El objetivo del estudio fue explorar el efecto del uso del valium (bromhidrato) en combinación con dátiles secos y la descomposición de la fórmula sobre las diferencias y el mecanismo metabólico interno en ratas con insomnio, ansiedad y trastornos de la memoria. Métodos Utilizamos 60 ratas distribuidas al azar en un grupo de control, un grupo de muestras, un grupo valium (30 mgxkg-1), un grupo valium (9.09 g x kg-1), un grupo valium con descomposición de la fórmula para secado (7.38 g x kg-1) y un grupo valium con descomposición de la fórmula para la falta (7.38 g x kg-1); cada grupo de 10. Se administró p-clorofenilalanina (PCPA) por vía intraperitoneal para construir un modelo de insomnio, con valium y fórmula bactericida; Evaluación del comportamiento para evaluar el nivel de ansiedad, evaluación de un nuevo objeto para valorar la memoria, observación de la morfología patológica del hipocampo al microscopio electrónico, cromatografía líquida de ultra alta resolución acoplada a espectrometría de masas de tiempo de vuelo (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) para analizar los componentes principales, el perfil metabólico y la identificación de los metabolitos diferenciados en suero, así como el análisis del camino metabólico.
